I took a basic life support course | To raise my awareness of safety.
Yesterday, I took a basic life support course and received a life-saving skills certification.
In this training session, we learned basic responses in case of an emergency, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Please note that Hogushin ON&OFF does not have an AED installed inside the store.
One of the reasons I took this course was that it covered essential topics for learning how to become a personal trainer.
In jobs involving treatments and exercise instruction, I believe that not only the techniques themselves but also an awareness of safety is crucial.
Of course, the best-case scenario is that nothing happens in the actual field.
Nevertheless, I felt it was important to review the basic knowledge and procedures so that I could act calmly in the event of an emergency, which is why I took this course.
At Hogushin ON&OFF, we provide one-on-one treatments tailored to your condition on that particular day.
Going forward, we will continue to prioritize not only our treatment techniques but also creating a safe and comfortable environment for our clients and maintaining a strong focus on safety.
